A four-week rhythm

From the first message to a note you can keep in the passbook.

This is the lived order of a Household Emergency Fund Plan. The fee, the boundaries, and what to bring are on the engagement page. Here, the point is what gets decided at each sitting, and what waits until the next one.

01

You name the household

The enquiry says who earns, whether the money is monthly or seasonal, and which engagement you think you need. If a shorter review or a joint conversation fits better, the reply says so. A date is offered only after that match is clear. The 800-baht holding amount is requested once you accept the fee in writing.

02

The first sitting lists what continues

About 75 minutes at the lacquered table, or at your home if the visit was arranged inside the amphoe. The planner asks which costs would still be due if income stopped next week, and which costs already have a month attached, such as a school term. Thin months are marked even when the figures are approximate. Nobody is asked to defend a purchase from last year.

03

The note is written after you leave

Between meetings the planner drafts the reserve note: the essential monthly figure, the number of months, the baht target, the holding place, the contribution, and the withdrawal boundary. Writing it away from the table keeps the meeting for listening. You are not asked to sign anything under the lamp.

04

The second sitting checks the first contribution

About three weeks later you bring the note and say whether the first amount moved. If a bill was forgotten — a loan instalment, a regular medicine, fuel — the figure is adjusted in the room. If the contribution was too large for a real payday, it is reduced until it is an amount you have already proved you can move.

05

Thirty days for one correction

If another recurring cost surfaces within 30 days, the note is revised once without a new fee. After that, a fresh look at the reserve is a Reserve Adequacy Review, because the household has started living with the figure and the question has changed.

Seasonal households follow the same rhythm with a year strip in place of a flat monthly contribution. The shared conversation is a single sitting and ends with the one-page agreement rather than a second meeting.
