Privacy notice

This notice explains how Insight Ripple Financial Planning handles personal data when you use this website or attend a planning engagement. It is written for households arranging an emergency fund or a related resilience meeting.

Data controller

The data controller is Insight Ripple Financial Planning, Tambon Manang Tayo, Amphoe Mueang Narathiwat, Narathiwat 96000. Email info@insightripple.click. Telephone 073529684. Enquiries about your data can be sent to that email with the subject “Personal data”.

What we collect

From the enquiry form: your name, email address, the engagement you select, a preferred date, a meeting place, and the message you write. From a telephone call: the number you call from and the details you choose to give. From an engagement: the household figures, passbook details, and notes required to prepare the reserve record, plus the fee note and payment reference for the holding amount. The website also receives ordinary technical data that a host records, such as a browser type and the time a page was requested.

Please keep national identity numbers, full bank account numbers, and medical diagnoses out of the enquiry form. Bring sensitive papers to the meeting if they are needed, rather than sending them in the first message.

Why the data is used

Enquiry details are used to reply, to match you with an engagement, and to offer a meeting date. Engagement records are used to prepare the written note, to invoice the agreed fee, and to handle a cancellation or refund. Technical logs are used to keep the website available and to understand which pages fail to load.

Legal basis

Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act, the practice relies on your consent when you send an enquiry, and on the steps needed to enter and carry out an engagement once a fee note is accepted. A record may also be kept where the law requires it, or where it is needed to establish or defend a legal claim. You may withdraw consent for an enquiry that has not become an engagement. Withdrawal does not unwind a note already prepared under an accepted fee.

Retention

Enquiry messages that do not become an engagement are kept for 24 months and then deleted. Engagement files, including the reserve note and fee correspondence, are kept for five years because a later review often looks back at the earlier figure. You may ask for earlier deletion. The practice will delete or reduce the file unless a record must be kept for a claim already in progress or for a legal duty.

Sharing

Household figures are not sold and are not shared with banks, insurers, or relatives. A payment reference is shared with the practice’s bank when you transfer a fee. If a host stores connection logs, that host sees technical request data, not the content of your reserve note. Planners Naree Sangsawang and Farida Wae-useng are the people who read engagement files.

International transfers

Enquiry records and reserve notes are kept in Narathiwat. If the company that hosts this website stores technical connection records on servers outside Thailand, that processing is limited to serving the pages and keeping the site available. The practice does not transfer your reserve note abroad as part of the engagement. Where a transfer of technical logs occurs, it is only as far as the host requires to deliver the site, and the practice asks the host to protect that data in line with the PDPA.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the personal data the practice holds about you, ask for a correction, ask for deletion, ask for a restriction on use, and withdraw consent where consent was the basis. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand. Requests are answered within 30 days. If a request is complex, the practice will write to explain the extra time, which will not exceed a further 30 days.

Security

Paper notes are kept in the office, not in the meeting room after hours. Email is read on weekday mornings. Send only what the form asks for. If you believe a message reached the wrong person, telephone 073529684 the same day.

Children

Engagements are arranged by adults. If you write about a household, you confirm you are an adult member of that household or have authority to arrange its cash reserve. School fees may be discussed as a bill. The practice does not seek information about a child beyond the amount and the month of a fee.

Changes

A revised notice will be posted on this page with a new effective date. A significant change to how engagement files are used will also be mentioned in a reply to people with an open engagement.
