Terms of engagement

These terms cover the use of this website and the planning engagements offered by Insight Ripple Financial Planning, the practice established in 2017 at Tambon Manang Tayo, Amphoe Mueang Narathiwat, Narathiwat 96000. By sending an enquiry or attending a meeting, you accept these terms together with the fee note issued for your engagement. The refund notice and the privacy notice form part of the same understanding.

The practice and the engagement

The practice prepares household cash-reserve plans: a written target, a holding place, a contribution, and a withdrawal boundary, or a shorter review or agreement described on the engagement pages. Meetings are held at the office or, when arranged, at a home inside Amphoe Mueang Narathiwat. The written note is prepared in English. Conversation may be in Thai or English.

The engagement is advice about cash you set aside for interruptions. Selection of securities, funds, or insurance policies, preparation of a tax return, and negotiation with lenders remain with you and with any adviser or institution you choose for that work. Your cash stays in an account in your own name.

Appointments and the holding amount

A date is held after you accept a written fee and pay the 800-baht holding amount, which is credited to that fee. Suggested dates in an email are invitations, not confirmed sittings. If you need to move a date, the refund notice explains the notice the office asks for and the one free reschedule.

Your papers

You agree that the figures and documents you bring are the ones you want used. The note is only as sound as those figures. If a bill is missing, tell the planner at the second meeting or within the revision window described for your engagement. You remain responsible for the accuracy of statements, passbooks, and amounts you report from memory.

The written note

You may copy, store, and use the reserve note, year strip, or withdrawal agreement for your own household. The practice keeps its way of structuring those conversations, its question sequence, and the blank forms used in the room. You may not republish those materials as your own service or sell them. The note is a planning record. It is not a guarantee of future income, a prediction of prices or catches, or an instruction to a bank.

Fees

Fees are those confirmed in writing before the holding amount is paid. Starting fees published on this website are guides. A household with additional income sources is quoted a single figure before the date is held. Travel inside Tambon Manang Tayo is included in an office meeting. A home visit elsewhere in the amphoe carries a travel amount stated in the same fee note. Payment is by bank transfer to the practice after the fee note is accepted.

Liability

The planner will prepare the note with reasonable care from the information you provide. Decisions to spend, save, withdraw, or borrow remain yours. The practice is not liable for losses that follow from incomplete figures, from a withdrawal that breaks the rule you agreed, or from events the note could not foresee. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Thai law does not allow to be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Where a loss is shown to follow from a failure of care in preparing the note, the practice’s liability is limited to the fee you paid for that engagement, except where Thai law requires otherwise.

Conduct

Meetings are for the adults who arrange the household’s money. Arrive at the agreed time, or send word if you are delayed. Abusive conduct ends the meeting; the refund notice explains the fee consequence. The office may refuse an engagement that falls outside cash-reserve planning and will say so before a holding amount is taken.

Website

The pages are published for information about the practice. Fees and descriptions may be updated; the fee note for your engagement prevails over an older page. You may link to public pages. You may not copy the text of the field notes for republication without written permission. Trademarks and the practice name remain with Insight Ripple Financial Planning.

Changes

The practice may revise these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. An engagement already confirmed in a fee note continues under the terms that were in place when you accepted that note.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of Thailand have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the website or from an engagement.
